   Refunds: At Albi, we strive to provide high-quality products and a great shopping experience. However, please note that we do not offer refunds on purchases. Once an order is placed and processed, it is considered final. We conduct a through inspection to ensure that all orders are met with our quality standards. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team albiabaya@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

   Order Cancellation: You may request to cancel your order before it has been processed and still in the unfulfillment stage. However, once your order has been processed, we are unable to cancel or amend it. The fulfillment team has already prepared your order for shipment and may have already handed it off for delivery. Our team works diligently to ensure your order is processed and shipped on time.

   Customs Policy: Orders shipped outside of the USA are subject to customs fees. Albi is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes on orders shipped outside the United States. Customers are solely responsible for covering these charges, which are determined by their country's customs regulations.
