Frequently asked questions
When will I receive my order?
- For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 3-5 business days. For international please allow up to 3 weeks (10-25 days) to receive order
- For Faster shipping, please use the option of Expedited shipping. Please note, while most packages do arrive within 1-2 business days, we do not guarantee delivery on the estimated date as there may be delays. For International shipping we offer DHL for an additional cost.
- All orders placed before 3 PM PST, will ship out the same day, any order placed after will ship the following business day. Once your order has been placed, you'll first receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipment notification email with tracking once shipped.
How do I know my size?
- Please use our size chart to ensure that sizing is correct. Use a ruler and measure from collarbone to ankle or floor to get size. If wear heels please take it into account when measuring and add inches for example size is 52' + 2 inch heels = Recommend size is 54'
- All inner dresses are one size
- If you are in between sizing(abaya), I recommend sizing up.
- For all abayas inner dress is one inch shorter than abaya. If want a longer inner dress, please size up.

Fabric Care Tips
- To protect Abaya from potentially damaging in the wash cycle. Please hand wash only. For Drying either air dry or use 'delicate' cycle on machine and don't put with other items to ensure quality.
